Coop Partille is a well-established and fine store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week to provide good accessibility for all our customers. We, who run the store together, consist of about 30 permanent employees plus several additional temporary staff.

We are now looking for a driven and positive person who has the talent, desire, and ambition to be a good leader. We want you, together with your colleagues, to run a vibrant department of top class and constantly strive to take the department to the next level.

In your role as Sales Leader for Cashier, Pre-store, and Confectionery, you will have very varied tasks; everything from purchasing, planning, sales, and follow-up to being responsible for staff and leading and distributing work. You will possess specialized knowledge in the area and ensure that the development and operation of the department is carried out efficiently and professionally.

Previous experience in retail, specifically from working in cash, pre-store (ATG, Svenska Spel, Post), and working with fresh produce, is considered an advantage, but personal suitability is equally important to us. If you have previous experience in personnel responsibility, this is highly meritorious.

The position is a permanent full-time employment of 38.25 hours/week with a start date of May 1 or by agreement. We apply a probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during the day and on weekends. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
